2. **Shipping Schedule:** We ship orders from Monday through Wednesday to minimize the chances of plant packages sitting over the weekend. This helps ensure your plants arrive promptly and in the best possible condition.

3. **Growers Choice Plants:** Unless explicitly mentioned otherwise in the listing, all plants are growers' choice. This means that you will receive the exact species and genetics of the plant shown in the listing. However, in some cases, you may not receive the exact plant shown, as variations in size and appearance can occur.

Pick-Up and Live Shopping Options:

For a more personalized shopping experience, we offer the following options:

1. **Pick-Up at Callahan Greenhouse:** You can schedule a pick-up for your orders by appointment at our Callahan Greenhouse location. This option allows you to conveniently collect your plants at a designated time that works for you.

2. **Live Shopping:** Experience live shopping by appointment or on event days. If you prefer to select your plants in person or seek expert advice, message us to set up an appointment. This hands-on approach ensures you find the perfect plants for your collection with guidance from our team.
