☀️ Light:

Bright, indirect light is this dragon’s natural companion. Too much direct sun can scorch its delicate leaves, while too little will mute its variegation. A spot near an east- or north-facing window is ideal, or filtered light through sheer curtains.

💧 Water:

Let the top 1–2 inches of soil dry out between waterings. Alocasias are sensitive to overwatering, so err on the side of underwatering and always use a pot with drainage. In winter, reduce frequency as growth slows.

🌿 Humidity:

Thrives in high humidity (60%+). To replicate its tropical roots, consider using a pebble tray, humidifier, or grouping with other plants to create a microclimate. Watch for crispy leaf edges—your cue to raise the moisture in the air.

🌡 Temperature:

Prefers warmth and stability. Keep between 65–80°F (18–27°C) and avoid cold drafts or sudden temperature changes.
